There are vacancies in this group. The co-ordinator is Michael (contact via the enail above). We have delved into the ancient history of Egypt and the Nile, Mesopotamia including Ur and Babylon, Neolithic and Bronze Age Britain among other areas. We are now turning our attention to Asia and China in particular, whose old and very complicated past we will be throwing light on. We are starting with the Yellow Emperor Huangdi from 2697 BCE and will move forward across the centuries through successive dynasties. It is a fascinating and complicated story which will unfold over the coming months.
We meet at the Wheatsheaf pub directly opposite Tooting Bec tube, during term time from 24th. October 2024.
